1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voxtral TTS ("Service"), operated at voxtralttsai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voxtral TTS is a text-to-speech platform that converts text into natural-sounding audio using AI technology. The Service includes a web-based playground, API access, voice cloning capabilities, and related features available through free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policies.

• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
• Character quotas reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Unused characters do not roll over to the next period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity without their explicit consent.
• Create deepfakes or misleading audio for fraud, scams, or disinformation.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute generated audio in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of text content you submit. Audio generated through the Service is licensed to you for personal and commercial use under your active subscription plan. The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, remains the intellectual property of Voxtral TTS.

7. Voice Cloning Policy

If you use the voice cloning feature, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents from the voice owner. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding voice likeness and personality rights.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxtral TTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any outstanding charges remain payable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
