1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with Voxtral TTS. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for subscription payments. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment. No refund is applicable as no charges are incurred.
3. Paid Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business)
All paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may request a refund under the following conditions:
3.1 Full Refund — Within 7 Days
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided that you have not exceeded 20% of your plan's monthly character quota. For example, if your plan includes 100,000 characters, you must have used fewer than 20,000 characters to qualify.
3.2 No Refund After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, or if you have exceeded 20% of your monthly quota, refunds will not be issued for the current billing period. You may still cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
3.3 Pro-rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and the reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. To cancel:
- Via Paddle: Use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Via Email: Contact [email protected] and we will process the cancellation for you.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Exceptions
We may grant refunds outside of the above policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended service outages that significantly impact your usage.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges.
- Technical issues that prevent access to paid features for a prolonged period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
